NetSuite Consultant – ERP Optimisation & Automation

We are looking for a hands-on NetSuite consultant to join a professional services organisation during a transition from a legacy ERP system to NetSuite. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving workflows, automating processes, and optimising system efficiency.

Why this role matters:

• The system is largely set up, so your focus will be on refining, localising, and optimising existing configurations rather than building from scratch.
• You’ll help the business get more value from NetSuite by streamlining operations, supporting go-live, and driving post-implementation improvements.

What you’ll do:

• Validate and adjust system configurations before go-live
• Support sandbox-to-production migrations
• Set up tax configurations and localisation for the Canadian environment
• Assist with data migration, inventory workflows, and drop-shipment processes
• Optimise order fulfilment, automation, and integration workflows after go-live
• Collaborate with internal and international teams to align processes

Who we’re looking for:

• Experienced with NetSuite implementation and optimisation
• Comfortable migrating configurations and managing system setups
• Familiar with tax configuration and operational workflows
• Independent, proactive, and focused on driving efficiency

Engagement:

• Pre-go-live: immediate start, close to full-time hours until go-live
• Post-go-live: ongoing hourly support for optimisation and automation initiatives
